Housing Requirements & Expectations
Faith & Church Involvement
Applicants must be active participants in a local church in Columbia or Lexington and committed to living in accordance with Christian values within a supportive community.
Property Responsibility
Residents are expected to maintain the home and landscaping in a clean, orderly manner that meets community and HOA standards.
Employment & Financial Stability
At least one adult in the household must be employed with full time work. Applicants must submit recent pay stubs and may be asked to complete a basic background check.
Household Expectations & Lease Terms
No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Households are limited to two vehicles. The initial lease is 12 months and may be renewed annually for up to 4 years based on consistent rent payments, respectful conduct, and responsible property care.
